A note from a long time customer:
All of your support guys are terrific. I migrated L/S to a new Win 10 PC on Saturday...all went well except for a problem dll file (windows issue) that prevented backups and created crashes. Bob reached out several times over the weekend and on the holiday Monday with workarounds and fixes, and we then finalized the fixes this morning (I'm closed Sundays and Mondays...but Bob clearly isn't!).
This is service and support the likes of which end users rarely...if ever...encounter. You know how bullish I've been about Lifesaver since Day One (18+ years now!).
So once again I am face to face with the FACT that it's a great product, with a superb team of pros, and a company that is committed to making the world a better place. Not only with software, but with your humanitarian outreach.
